Day 1 Arrival, Icebreaker & Cultural Experience | Shinkansen Tokyo → Nasushiobara (arrive by ~11 AM), check in. | -bamboo forest tour -Traditional tea ceremony or calligraphy workshop | Welcome dinner & icebreaker games (pair Japanese and foreign students) |
Day 2 Company & School Visits | Visit a local company or craft workshop | Visit a local university or high school, cross-cultural exchange session – Japanese-student host discussion + campus tour. | Group dinner and free time (onsen optional at local spa). |
